Cinnamon Toast

• Bread for toasting
• Sugar
• Butter
• Cinnamon

Preparation Method

1. Toast the bread.

2. Butter one side generously and sprinkle it with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, using 1 part cinnamon to 3 parts sugar.

3. Toast under the grill, sugared side up or place in a hot oven until sugar melts.
